By downloading, installing, or using MyShelfy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

MyShelfy is a mobile application that helps you:

• Track product expiry dates and receive reminders
• Organize products by categories and view expired products
• Share product information with household members
• Add notes and additional information, set reminders for notes
• View detailed analytics and insights about your consumption patterns
• Select multiple products to perform bulk operations
• Subscribe to premium features for enhanced functionality

• You may use the app free of charge with access to all core features
• The free plan includes advertisements and provides full functionality
• The premium plan offers an ad-free experience and can be purchased in-app
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account

• You can create or join households to share products with others
• Only the product owner can share, unshare, or delete their products
• You are responsible for the products you share
• Household members can view shared products but cannot modify them unless they are the owner

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate product information
• Not share inappropriate or harmful content
• Respect the privacy of household members
• Not attempt to access unauthorized data or systems

• You retain ownership of all data you enter into the app
• You grant us a license to store and process your data to provide the service
• You are responsible for backing up your data
• We are not liable for data loss due to device failure or user error

• The app may send you notifications about product expiry dates and note reminders
• You can control notification settings in the app
• Notifications require appropriate device permissions
• You can set recurring reminders with custom intervals
• We are not responsible for missed notifications due to device settings

You may not:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Interfere with the app's functionality or security
• Share malicious content or spam
• Impersonate others or provide false information

MyShelfy is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Any inaccuracies in product expiry information
• Data loss or corruption
• Interruptions in service
• Decisions made based on app information
• Any indirect or consequential damages

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.

These Terms are provided in addition to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA). All purchases made through the App Store are also subject to Apple's EULA.
